Return policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused , with all original tags attached and in their original, clean, undamaged packaging, including any gifts given .

JEWELRY IS NEITHER EXCHANGEABLE NOR REFUNDABLE, FOR HYGIENE REASONS.

Please note that returns of used, worn, or unlabeled items will not be accepted.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return procedure

1. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.
Please note that L'entrée.paris reserves the right to refuse any return request deemed unreasonable .

2. To initiate your return, please download this return form provided for this purpose.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return so that we can process your request efficiently.
Include the completed form in the package . If you would like an exchange, please state this clearly.

3.Returned items must be carefully packaged in their original condition , unworn , unwashed , free of stains , with original tags attached , and placed back in their original packaging .

4. Return costs are your responsibility.
To return your item, you can use La Poste or the Colissimo service .
If you are in Belgium, you can use Bpost ; in Germany, DHL .
We do not accept returns via Mondial Relay.

5. Once your return has been received and checked, we will either refund you or send you a new item , depending on your request.
If out of stock, the value of the item will be refunded to you.
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been processed.
